The label was launched in 2009 , but Libby has been creating her Journal covers for over 20 years.

Libby designs and makes all of the products herself.
Occasionally she collaborates with her sister Cath, you may occasionally
find one of these
products in this store under the name KitKat for iheartcharlie
How soon will my order be shipped?
Your item will be shipped within a 1-2work days of payment being received
How are my items shipped?
All items are shipped by Australia Post. Within Australia they
are shipped by regular postal services, unless otherwise stated in the
listing. International orders are shipped by airmail.
Due to recent changes with Australia Post Charges if you
purchase 2 or more items that have a combined shipping weight of more
500 grams or more items will be shipped separately.
Shippping overcharges of more than $2 will be refunded.

I've clicked on a photo of a product and now I'm on a site called madeit, why.
I've tried other sites and as a small business it's more cost effective to use madeit as my shop front. This helps keep the cost down for you the customer and supports local business as madeit is an Australian owned and run company.
How can I pay for my purchase?
Once you've chosen your item payment will be made thru Australia's own handmade market place madeit.com.au
All prices are in Australian Dollars. Payment is required at the
time of purchase; items will not be shipped until full payment has been
received.
Payments can be made using Visa Card or Mastercard or your Bank
account at Checkout via paypal.
You do not need a paypal account to purchase via paypal with a
credit card. If you wish to use your bank account you will need a paypal
account.

We are unable to offer layby at this time
What is your refund and exchange policy?
Great care is taken with the creation of all items in this
store. They are thoroughly checked prior to shipping to ensure no faults
are present.
However if you are genuinely unhappy with your purchase you may
return your item. Refunds can only be processed on items returned in
their original
condition and are only for the original purchase price (shipping
not included). Requests for returns must be received within 7 days of
receipt of the
item. Shipping for the return is to be paid for by the customer
unless otherwise agreed.
Is gift wrapping available?
